SHIPPING & RETURNS 

Shipping Policy For Salon Furniture

We ship to UK mainland. We always aim to contact you as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 days however during busier holiday periods it may take up to 2-3 days. Please note as furniture is custom made delivery times vary our staff will keep you informed of updates.

 

  • We will take all reasonable care to ship to the address given, however we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry or courier failures.

  • It is important to advise us of any stairs/access issues upon placing the order as this information can be provided to our couriers.

  • On delivery it is your responsibility to check and sign the item.

 

My items arrived damaged

In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, please note that these cases must be reported within 24hours of a signed delivery.

We will then offer you either the choice of: (A) An exchange of faulty part or product or (B) Collection with full refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights

Important notice

Couriers do not collect items that are not adequately packaged.
All returning item(s) should be packaged in their original packaging. This is the optimum method for return.
If the original packaging is not available, other appropriate packaging maybe used to protect the product for the return journey.
Failure to adequately package the product, may result in damage during transit.
This may affect the final amount that will be refunded to the customer after inspection.


Return & Exchange Policy For Salon Furniture

  • These are bespoke items and are strictly non refundable and cannot be exchanged. 

  • We reserve the right to refuse any refund.

  • Any postage costs for returned/unwanted items are at the customers expense, please use recorded delivery as proof of postage.

  • Any damages or issues related to your orders need to be reported within 24 hours of receipt. For damaged items please send an image and explanation of the damage and we will try to our best to help.

  •  You have 28 days to return an order after receiving it.

Import Vat duty taxes 

Ireland & International orders (custom fee is paid by the customer)

According to the customs policy of your country, the customs fee may be charged. THE CUSTOMS FEE BELONGS TO YOU. You must pick up the product by paying the customs fee requested from you at the time of delivery. We do not charge the customs fee. If you do not pay, the product will unfortunately be destroyed by your country and will not be returned to us, so a refund will not be available.

International Shipping

For international Orders we require a minimum order of 5 items or more to place a order.
