Please note that most of our furniture is custom-made. Once your order arrives at our warehouse, you can view the estimated delivery time below.
UK Mainland Excluding Scotland
Furniture Delivery
Heavy Items: For larger furniture pieces, we partner with Pinnacle Storage Solutions. Their two-person delivery team typically places items on the ground floor. If you need delivery to upper floors, please contact us for additional charges. Delivery usually takes 7-10 business days after the items arrive at the warehouse. Pinnacle Storage Solutions will always contact you by email or phone to confirm your delivery.
Smaller Items: For items weighing up to 15-30 kg, we use DHL for delivery within 1-2 business days.
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as busy periods.
Scotland Deliveries
Furniture Deliveries
Pinnacle Storage Solutions partners with a sister company in Scotland to handle deliveries within that region. Collections are made weekly on Thursdays, and items typically arrive at the Scottish warehouse on the following Tuesday evening. Please note that delivery to your Scottish address after the items arrive at the warehouse may take approximately 3 weeks.

Contact and Delivery Information
We aim to contact you within 1-2 business days, although this may take up to 2-3 days during peak holiday seasons. Please note that delivery times for custom-made furniture can vary, and our team will keep you informed of any updates.
We will exercise reasonable care to ensure delivery to the provided address. However, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or mis-delivery resulting from incorrect address information or courier errors.
It's crucial to inform us of any stairs or access limitations when placing your order so that we can provide this information to our couriers.
Upon delivery, it's your responsibility to inspect the item and sign for it.
Damaged Items
If your items arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please report the issue within 24 hours of signing for the delivery. We will then offer you the option of either:

Exchange: We will replace the faulty part or product.

Refund: We will collect the item and provide a full refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
Important Notice: Packaging for Returns
Please note that couriers do not collect items that are not adequately packaged.
To ensure safe return, we recommend using the original packaging for all items. However, if the original packaging is unavailable, please use other appropriate packaging to protect the product during transit.
Failure to package the item securely may result in damage during shipping, which could potentially affect the final refund amount after inspection.
Return & Exchange Policy
Bespoke Items
Please note that our salon furniture items are bespoke and cannot be refunded or exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse any refund requests.
Return Costs
Any postage costs associated with returned or unwanted items are the customer's responsibility. Please use a recorded delivery service to obtain proof of postage.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please report the issue within 24 hours of receipt. Please provide an image and explanation of the damage, and we will do our best to assist you.
Return Window
You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return an order.
Warranty Information
All items are covered by the individual manufacturer's warranty. Warranties start from the original purchase date. Please note that replacing a product under warranty does not extend the warranty period. Therefore, your original warranty will expire on the original purchase date.
Our warranty does not cover misuse, improper handling, negligence, normal wear and tear, stains from hair dye or clothing, accidental damage, or modifications made by the purchaser.
Import VAT and Duties
For Ireland and international orders, please note that customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
According to the customs policies of your country, you may be charged a customs fee upon delivery. You must pay this fee to receive the product. We do not charge customs fees. If you do not pay the customs fee, the product may be destroyed by your country, and we will not be able to provide a refund.
