What are your delivery options?

All our items are sent via Royal Mail, items posted within u.k, please allow 4-6 working days For Worldwide we use International Royal Mail delivery, please allow 7-10 working days

How do I return an item & return policy?

You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it. If you change your mind, or the product you received is not what you expected, please contact us before returning the item. Unless arrangements are made with us, you cover the cost of the return. Please note that exceptions may apply for the return of certain custom-made, hygienic and other products. If you have any questions, please contact us. If the items are being returned because they are faulty, please read Faulty items section. Damaged or Faulty items? We are sorry your order has been damaged, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please note if your order has been received damaged we request that you report this upon arrival of your order. We can then assess the damage and arrange a suitable solution for you.
